- Consolidate, simplify and optimize the telecom environment to support business strategy and objectives; - Establish an evolution strategy for all telecom components; - Lead technology environment and equipment consolidation initiatives; - Maintain constant communication with users to ensure optimal adoption of new technologies; - Implement all telecom and mobility initiatives, procedures and associated documentation to ensure minimal impact on the organization's day-to-day operations; - Effectively allocates financial resources; - Develops and maintains a close relationship with business lines and suppliers in order to make efficient use of financial resources while being aligned with customer needs; - Maintain a constant watch on technologies to keep the environment constantly evolving; - Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure service performance;
- University degree in computer science or related field; - At least 8 years' experience in the telecommunications field; - Experience working in a multi-office organization (an asset); - Excellent interpersonal skills; - Organized, rigorous and detail-oriented; - Autonomous and team player; - Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English).
