Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst (PMO), you act as a leader in a wide range of projects by identifying needs, proposing improvement solutions, and supporting the implementation team to help achieve the expected benefits. You identify and analyze how to seize opportunities, understand problems and their sources, and recommend solutions.

What you will accomplish with us:

Coordinate and be accountable for Business Analyst deliverables on assigned projects.

Plan the approach, activities, efforts and governance of business analysis activities in accordance with Master PMO business analysis practices

Analyze and structure solution requirements (desired functionalities)

Synthesize solution requirements to make them more understandable

Identify and model different solution scenarios (solution design)

Contribute to the development of new techniques and tools for practice evolution purposes

Evaluate the performance and value of implemented solutions and formulate recommendations for improvement relevant to the organization's context

Assist the Senior Business Analyst in analyzing the organization's capabilities to identify the most effective strategies for implementing business solutions.

At each stage of the business analysis process, obtain stakeholder consensus on proposed changes and approval from the person in charge

Support change management activities by helping stakeholders adapt to new processes or systems.

What You Bring to Our Team:

Demonstrated skill and experience in workshop facilitation and process mapping (BPMN 2.0 and MS Visio)

In-depth knowledge of business processes, as well as the ability to create detailed requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, gap analyses, and other business analysis tools

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in French and English

Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

Knowledge of project management methodologies is an asset

Experience in technology projects (Asset - Implementation of ERP solutions)

Asset - experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) projects

Requirements:
University degree in a field related to management, technology, or combination of college diploma and relevant experience

Minimum of five years' experience in business analysis
