Reporting to the Product Manager, the person will be a resource advisor for assigned product categories. He/she will bring appropriate product and market knowledge, a willingness to learn and the ability to teach. The person will be involved with the Product Manager in sales, marketing, and support strategies. He/She will also be a technical resource for the after-sales service staff.

What you will accomplish with us:

- Become a product expert.
- Liaise between vendors and the Master Group for product information.
- Know product offerings from suppliers and competition.
- Work with sales, purchasing, pricing, e-commerce, warranty department, and other internal departments.
- Participate in supplier and product projects.
- Coordinate product offering and stock levels;
- After-sales service (coordination with technical director and manufacturer support);
- Determine national and regional training and events;
- Coordinate training for product and technical information, including installation and troubleshooting;
- Determine sales support and coordinate its creation and distribution;
- Raise awareness and evaluate the market, industry, and regulatory trends.

What You Bring to Our Team:

- 1 to 3 years' relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Knowledge of the market for these products
- Technical knowledge of the products represented and the competition
- Fluency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with suppliers and Master employees based in our Ontario, Western Canada and Maritimes offices, and interactions in French with suppliers and employees in our local Montreal and Ottawa offices).
