About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Engineering Analyst to join our team in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec. Supporting our Eastern Region Distribution Centre, you’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives across our network. #RefreshYourCareer

What you will accomplish with us:

Continuous Improvement:

•Identify key areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
•Develop and execute improvement strategies aligned with company goals.

Process Optimization:
•Analyze workflows, systems, and processes to uncover opportunities for improvement.
•Implement lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency.
•Standardize procedures and create best-in-class operational models.
•Develop KPIs and metrics to track performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
•Analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
•Build reports and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders.

Project Management and Training:
•Lead process improvement projects, ensuring on-time and budget-friendly delivery.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
•Train employees on process improvement tools and techniques.


Distribution Center Design:
•Oversee DC design and layout to maximize productivity and space utilization.
•Partner with engineering and operations teams to implement design changes.

What You Bring to Our Team:

Education & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
•1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or distribution.

Skills:
•Expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
•Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Excel (VBA).
•Knowledge of AutoCAD for layout design.
•Familiarity with ERP and WMS software is an asset.

•Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
•Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.

Location & Languages:
•Based in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec, with occasional travel across Canada and the U.S.
•Fluency in English and French is required.
