Reporting to the PMO (Project Management Office) Director, the Project Controller is responsible to ensure compliance of large projects and program. In collaboration with Project managers and the PMO Director, manage financial expenses and program portfolio follow-ups on dedicated projects and program. The Project Controller ensure to build all reports accordingly.

What you will accomplish with us:

 Communicates and reinforces project principles, strategies, processes, and standards in all operational activities.
 Support and ensure projects comply with the PMO framework/methodology;
 Update methodology documentation
 Review month end projects financials, risks, resources usage and forecasts with project managers for monthly review meetings
 Prepare consolidated PMO KPI reports with the PMO Director
 Work to continuously improve the PMO's processes to ensure optimal PMO performance and efficient project delivery;
 Update documentation if needed (log, budget status, approval,change requests etc.);
 Assist project managers in closing projects to insure proper documentation history;
 Prepare governance and executive reviews with the PMO director;

What You Bring to Our Team:

 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, Finance or related field
 Experience and in depth knowledge in project management
 5+ years experience as a Program or portfolio Controller (PCO)
 Excellent oral and written communication skills;
 Excellent interpersonal skills;
 Strong aptitude for the financial aspects of projects (billing, revenue recognition, Capex/Opex, Burn rate...);
 Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project;
 Knowledge of JIRA, an asset;
