We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) equipment and solutions to commercial and industrial clients. The role involves assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and providing technical support to ensure optimal system performance. The candidate that will join this team will be responsible for representing The Master Group within the Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Niagara region and must be within reasonable commuting distance to the Ancaster Sales office.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in various sectors to promote HVAC equipment and services.
- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable HVAC equipment/solutions aligned with their needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Working as part of the applied sales team to assist Consulting Engineers and contractors in developing their HVAC system design.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
- Visit construction sites to evaluate product applications and deal with site issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the customer base and foster relationships.
- Attend regular product training sessions.

Sales Territory:
-Hamilton, Niagara, Kitchener, and Waterloo
-Sales Office located in Ancaster

What You Bring to Our Team:

- Relevant University and/or College education (Mechanical Engineering )
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry (an asset) or a similar technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and their applications is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work as part of a team as well independently.
- Required to travel to meet clients and attend events.
- Valid passport and drivers license for travel within Canada and USA for training at manufacturers’ facilities.
