Under the supervision of the credit director, the credit and collection manager works closely with the credit team and the organization’s internal/external stakeholders.

What you will accomplish with us:

CREDIT
- Analyzing and approving a line of credit and payment period up to a set amount for new customers and reviewing the line based on operational needs
- Approving projects up to a specified amount
- Analyzing financial data for discussions with the credit director
- Managing everyday situations beyond credit policies

COLLECTION
- Meeting periodically with credit officers and recommending solutions to optimize cash flow
- Proactively submitting at-risk accounts receivable to the credit director for decision-making
- Acting as a mentor for the credit and collection team
- Maintaining good communication with customers and external, internal and branch sales

OPERATIONS
- Ensuring that any transaction in receivables is validated and coordinating with the Accounting Department

INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS
- Selection interviews for new employees to support the company’s growth
- Personnel management, coaching and support
- Maintaining the team’s positive working environment

What You Bring to Our Team:

- 5 years of experience in business credit and personnel management
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
