Join Master Group's dynamic team as a Transport Analyst and be at the forefront of operational excellence and process optimization! Reporting to the National Transport Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizing processes across our entire network.

What you will accomplish with us:

•Dive deep into transportation data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
•Evaluate transportation-related claims, conducting thorough investigations to address root causes.
•Collaborate with carriers, legal teams, and insurance companies to negotiate and settle claims.
•Maintain accurate records of all claim-related activities and generate insightful reports on claim trends and resolutions.
•Review and approve carrier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•Develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvements to stakeholders.
•Participate in strategic planning of transport networks, considering operational requirements and logistical constraints.
•Create training materials, SOPs, and process models to support continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring to Our Team:

•Self-motivated with a passion for achieving operational excellence.
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
•1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
•Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced knowledge of SQL and PowerBI/Alteryx.
•Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
•Understanding of ERP and WMS software.
•Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn).
