Reporting to the after-sales service logistics supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for, among other things, communications between our company, suppliers and contractors. In addition, this person will enter orders and plan deliveries.
Carry out administrative tasks associated with projects, rigorously monitoring progress through to delivery; Update project management and billing software; Share documentation required to put orders into production; Inform contractor of order progress; Coordinate the departure from the factory with manufacturer, carrier and contractor; Schedule delivery to job site, office or warehouse; Communicate effectively with the various departments involved in the project; Make credit or debit adjustments as required.
College degree in logistics or relevant experience; Extensive experience in customer service; Be able to communicate effectively and in a structured way; Ability to work with Excel software; Autonomy and thoroughness in managing priorities; Interest in effective collaboration; Details oriented; Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country.
