The technical advisor will have as main responsibility to assure a technical service after sales to the customers.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics over the phone and on site;- Manage repairs with suppliers;- Assist with the start-up of equipment sold in collaboration with the contractor;- Document claims;- Write commissioning assistance and site visit reports.
- College diploma in refrigeration or in building mechanics, or any combination of relevant training and experience as a refrigeration technician;- Good knowledge of refrigeration and hydronic systems;- Good knowledge of control systems;- Knowledge of welding, electricity or gas installations will be considered an asset;- Good communicator;- Initiative and resourcefulness;- Diplomacy and courtesy;- Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
