Reporting to the Director of Data Governance & Analytics, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of BI management tools, while playing a key role as a privileged point of contact for your assigned business lines.You will actively contribute to structuring, promoting and optimizing BI tools and processes in order to guarantee data accessibility, security and quality. Your role will also involve supporting stakeholders in exploiting data for decision-making, while ensuring the governance and continuous improvement of analytical solutions.
Develop and implement a Business Intelligence framework aligned with best practices and business objectives;Establish, maintain and promote BI policies, standards and procedures to ensure effective and accurate analysis;Ensure security and access management by maintaining a multi-level portal aligned with stakeholder roles and responsibilities;Collaborate in the management and enhancement of BI documentation, including data dictionaries, catalogs and report/dashboard portals, to facilitate accessibility;Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document and prioritize their data needs.Collaborate with the development team to ensure the efficiency and consistency of data sources;Participate in the evaluation and selection of BI tools to optimize data management and exploitation;Act as an ambassador of BI principles to stakeholders and encourage the adoption of a data-driven approach;Contribute to special projects and corporate initiatives related to data governance and analytics.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Finance or related field.6 to 9 years' experience in BI or data analysis, including management and implementation of analytical tools.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and promote BI best practices.In-depth knowledge of BI concepts, analytical methodologies and associated tools.Strong intellectual curiosity and active monitoring of business intelligence trends and innovations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to popularize complex concepts for a variety of audiences.Experience of working with cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact regularly with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.Compensation Information:Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000annuallySupplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
