The role of the Dealer Program Coordinator is a key part of our team's structure and operations. Primary responsibility will be to help the region establish or put in place processes and procedures related programs, events and administration that is consistent with Master Group.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Regional point of contact for dealer programs
• Administer and implement dealer programs and promotions
- Dealer Enrollments
- Centralize and analyze co-op claims and coordinate co-op reimbursement
- Create credits for COOP and rebates
- Comfort Plan processing
- Cheques reception / distribution
• Provide dealer point of contact support with Navigator and Channel Fusion and other platforms used
- Delegated administrator responsibility
- Dealer registration
- Users additions for dealer purposes
• Assist dealers and Territory Manager with information and documents
• Responsible to maintaining dealer list up to date
• Assist with generating sales reports for Managers
• Point of contact for dealers for programs, promotions and other inquires
• Coordinate and help with sales events and internal employees events
• Responsible of document process for Sales Compensations (After Sales Adjustment)
• Other administrative task related to Sales Team and the Managing team
• Help support Master Group with branch and dealer events such as home shows, dealer meetings, training, factory tours

What You Bring to Our Team:

• A high emphasis on customer service
• Strong marketing and administrative skills
• Good Knowledge of MS Office and web based software
• A diploma or degree in marketing or communications preferred
• Able to work adapt role in a rapidly changing environment
• Bilingual – French and English
