What you will accomplish with us:

• Lead recruitment strategies with a focus on operational simplicity and business alignment;
• Partner closely with managers to understand their real needs and challenge assumptions when needed always with the goal of doing what’s right;
• Help us build a consistent and scalable candidate experience that reflects who we are;
• Act as a coach and sounding board for junior recruiters, creating a culture where growth and mutual support are part of the everyday;
• Strengthen our presence in the market by cultivating meaningful relationships with schools, associations, and key hiring partners;
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional projects that simplify our processes and support the company’s continued growth.

What You Bring to Our Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field;
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate care;
• Expertise with modern sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and ATS systems (SuccessFactors an asset);
• The ability to simplify complexity and influence others through data and dialogue;
• A mindset focused on doing the right thing for candidates, for hiring managers, and for the business.
• Bilingualism (French / English): Need to interact regularly with our internal Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.

Compensation information:
Base salary: $95,000 to $105,000 per year
Other types of compensation include: Annual bonus
