The marketing coordinator has a varied role and is responsible for supporting the team in the department’s initiatives related to negotiating and managing budgets with suppliers, managing orders and inventory related to marketing materials, organizing and planning events and marketing initiatives.

Principal tasks:

• Managing co-op budgets: negotiation of co-ops with our suppliers (for each initiative), claims and follow-ups on claims
• Supporting order coordination, keeping inventories and sending promotional items and materials
• Assisting in the management of the uniform program (updating lists, tracking orders and monitoring special requests)
• Shipping marketing materials to branches
• In collaboration with the director and project manager, providing support for the planning and coordination of trade shows and corporate events and ensuring that the necessary equipment is available for these events
• Support for managing printing projects
• Supporting the team in all other related tasks

Requirements:

TRAINING AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• College or university degrees in communications/marketing or in a relevant field
• Six months to one year of experience in administrative or marketing roles
